Multi Genset paralleling controller

The GENSYS COMPACT PRIME is designed for advanced management of multiple generators in power plants, while offering interoperability with other types of energy sources for more complex systems.

It belongs to our range of synchronization modules / hybrid controllers for managing power plants with paralleling energy sources. This controller used for power plant generators requiring synchronization, active and reactive load distribution, and electrical/mechanical protection.

It offers flexibility and time-saving thanks to simple wiring and easy programming. Focused on user-friendly operation and connectivity, this product incorporates several advanced technologies that enhance the user experience and remote management.

The controller can be configured from the front face, the i4Gen HMI, or via the free i4Gen Suite software.

Variations

  • Generator with multi-unit paralleling management

    This product manages a single generator, but can be combined with other GENSYS COMPACT PRIME products to control power plants with up to 32 generators in parallel, providing a scalable, flexible solution for large-scale installations.

  • Interconnection with multi-source systems

    In addition to its generator management, this product can interconnect with other equipment in the range to operate in more complex power plants, including multiple mains, photovoltaic inverters and battery inverters.

  • Engine protection and management

    Similar to the other products in the range, this product provides complete protection for the engine and electrical systems during generator operation, with optimum management of starting, preheating and cooling before stopping.

  • Easy connection to controllers

    Automatic detection of controllers via the Ethernet network ensures fast, safe installation.

  • Compatible with all ECU J1939

    Simplify equipment integration with automatic detection of all J1939 equipment.
    Compliant with the latest emissions standards (Tier 4 final and Stage 5) for optimized environmental performance.
