Multiple gensets paralleled with multiple mains
In this application, the energy source is a power plant consisting of multiple generators, up to 32 units, which can be paralleled to each other and associated with several grid incomers. Each grid incomer supplies a specific load, which can be backed up by the thermal generator power plant if required.
This configuration provides maximum flexibility, with the option of switching between the grid incomers and the thermal generators to ensure a continuous, reliable supply to the loads. In case of failure or interruption of one of the mains supplies, the generator power plant can immediately assume responsibility, guaranteeing uninterrupted power supply. This system is particularly advantageous for critical installations where power supply stability and redundancy are essential, ensuring optimized management of energy sources and enhanced protection against mains failures.
