BPCOM Manager

Configuration Software for BPCOM Battery Chargers

BPCOM Manager is the software used to configure and monitor battery chargers BP1024COM and BP2024COM. From a PC, it allows you to access all of the product’s charging parameters and monitor its key metrics in real time.

The BPCOM charger connects to the PC via an RS-485/USB Modbus RTU connection. This requires the BP-Kit-Prog programming kit, sold separately. Once connected, the user can view the communication status, monitor the charger, and fine-tune its charging configuration.

BPCOM Manager is available as a free download on our website.

Note: Configuring the product using the configuration software requires the dedicated programming kit (ref: BP-KIT-PROG).

Real-time monitoring

Displays the charger's key metrics: battery voltage, charge/discharge current, temperature, AC mains status and voltage, and charge cycle status (CC, CV, Float, battery full, discharge, undetermined).
Configuring Load Settings

Phase-based adjustment (CC, CV, Float) of constant current, boost and hold voltages, end-of-charge current, and CC/CV/FV timeout delays.
Interactive Load Curve

Graphical display of the theoretical voltage and current trends based on the defined parameters, showing the CC, CV, and Float phases and the low-battery voltage threshold.
Temperature Compensation

Selection of the compensation slope applied to the lead-acid battery charge (off, −3, −4, or −5 mV/°C/cell).
Alarm Management

Display of active faults (fault , output overvoltage, overload, short circuit, no mains power or abnormal mains power, low battery voltage).
Backing Up and Importing Configurations

Export all settings to a file and reload an existing configuration to reapply a load profile without having to re-enter the data manually.
